Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

Ostryno is a service operated by Muhammad Mudassir, a sole trader based in Pakistan (“we”, “us”).Ostryno is a trading name and not a separate legal entity. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, receipts and sales tax, and appears as the seller on your invoice. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment transaction.

2. What the service does

Ostryno retrieves publicly available audience data for a creator account from official platform APIs (Instagram Graph API and YouTube Data API v3), calculates a set of behavioural signals from that data, and produces a written analysis of what those signals indicate.

3. What the analysis is, and is not

This section matters more than any other. Read it before relying on anything the service produces.

• The analysis is an estimate derived from public behavioural data. No platform exposes a list of a creator's followers, so no tool, including this one, can directly count real versus fake accounts.
• Ostryno does not issue a verdict, rating, score or grade about any creator, and does not state that any person has engaged in fraud or misconduct.
• Output is a starting point for your own decision, not a substitute for your own judgement, your own checks, or professional advice.
• Figures can be wrong, stale, or incomplete where a platform API returns partial or inaccurate data. Signals are indicative and can be affected by legitimate factors we cannot observe.

You are solely responsible for any decision you take, or any communication you make to a third party, on the basis of the analysis. You must not present Ostryno output as an allegation of fraud against any individual.

4. Accounts

You must give accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person or organisation; do not share logins or resell access.

5. Plans, credits and fair use

Paid plans include a monthly allowance of reports (“credits”). One credit is one creator on one platform. Re-running the same handle within 24 hours does not consume an additional credit. Credit packs bought outside a subscription do not expire.

Plan allowances reset at the start of each billing period. We may apply rate limits to protect the service and to stay within the quotas the upstream platform APIs impose on us. Automated bulk querying, scraping our output, or reselling reports is not permitted.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ostryno to:

• harass, defame, or target any individual;
• breach the terms of Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform;
• attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits or authentication;
• resell, sublicense or white-label the service without written permission.

8. Availability

The service depends on third-party platform APIs we do not control. Those APIs can change, rate-limit us, or withdraw access at short notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular platform will remain supported.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business, or the outcome of any campaign or commercial decision you make.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the application before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
