Try before you pay

Every new account gets three reports free, with no card required. We would much rather you find out whether Ostryno is useful before any money changes hands than argue about a refund afterwards.

Subscriptions

If you are unhappy with a subscription, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

After 14 days we do not refund the current period, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not automatically refund unused credits at the end of a billing period, and monthly plan credits do not roll over.

Credit packs

One-off credit packs are refundable in full within 14 days provided no credits from the pack have been used. Once a report has been generated from a pack, that pack is non-refundable, because the underlying analysis has already been performed and billed to us.

Failed or incorrect reports

If a report fails, returns no data, or is obviously wrong because of a fault on our side, we refund the credit. Tell us the handle and roughly when you ran it. This is separate from the 14-day window and applies whenever it happens.

A credit is not refunded where the analysis worked correctly but you disagree with what it found, or where a creator's account is set to Personal rather than Business or Creator and therefore cannot be read through the official API. In the Personal-account case the report is not generated and no credit is taken.

Duplicate or accidental charges

Refunded in full, always. Contact us and we will sort it out.

How to request a refund

Email hello@ostryno.com from the address on your account, with the charge date and amount. We reply within two business days.

Refunds are issued through Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method. Paddle usually settles within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, including any statutory right of withdrawal. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, local law applies.
